The drill finally arrived a few days late thanks to our very disorganized USPS. But as far as Dave goes, he is awesome. Based on his description as far as he knew of the product, I knew I was getting an almost new "open box" item for a very good price. He even took the time to add some bubble wrap around the drill inside the box. Which was a good idea given the amount of extra travel the USPS added to it. This guy is top notch.
