I tried to contact the seller about this before leaving a review, they offered me a partial refund and then ghosted me. I purchased a build-a-bear from them that was listed as being 15 inches, which is the standard BAB size. When it arrived, I was surprised at how small it was. I found out this is an 11 inch sugar brown puppy. No build-a-bear clothes fit on him. Very disappointing. Be aware that this seller may not give accurate descriptions of their items.

I measured this item from foot to ear. Is that not the correct way to measure it? And I didn't mean to ghost you, I just have 4 kids that are active in sports and other activities. I'm sorry I didn't get around to send you a $3 refund since you only paid $7 to begin with. SMH
