The iPad Pro I got is 100% functional. Everything works well. However, despite being described as excellent, there are some light scratches on the screen that you can’t see when the screen is on. There are also some light scuff marks around the camera lens and Apple logo. Otherwise, a good product and purchase indeed. Shipping went smoothly and I would recommend this seller. Just note that the “excellent”refurbished option may not mean flawless or like new.
