I had moved and did not update my new address here on eBay. I did not realize this until I ordered. I contacted the seller and he had already shipped the package. I informed him of my mistake but he took my new address and sent the item to me at my new address. He did not have to do that as I had offered to pay shipping to my new address. It is great to see that some sellers will go out of their way to please customers! I recommend this seller as an A+++++++ seller.

Item was sent promptly from the US and was exactly as described. The problem encountered is that the USPS declaration when the item was shipped showed an incorrect value of $899.00. When it should have been approximately $50. As a result the item was held up in Canada Customs for a week and I had to pay $168.24 in taxes and duties to have the item released. I now have stared an appeal process with CBSA to recover this amount

Phone arrived quickly. After installing a new battery, I placed it in its charging cradle for the registering process. When it refused to register, I phoned the number included in the package and spoke to technician Mike. He was quick to determine the solution, that I should place the phone in the charger on the answering machine. He said it should register in a few seconds, which it did. It would be helpful to include this instruction in the package.
