Unfortunately, the item I ordered arrived broken into many pieces. He had no responsibility once the item left his doorstep and the shipping was first class and not insured (lesson learned for me) I reached out to him directly (not one to bash publicly without giving an opportunity to respond) voicing some concerns around the packaging and he immediately responded with a very nice apology, an offer to fully refund my money - which i didn't expect.
