Dans les inscriptions moyen-perses des premiers siecles de l'epoque sassanide, de nombreux mots presentent un -y final muet. Si la presence de ce signe semble a premiere vue completement aleatoire et depourvue d'un sens ou d'une fonction quelconque, il s'y cache en fait un systeme fort simple, gouverne par une 'loi rythmique' que l'auteur s'efforce d'expliquer dans la presente etude. S'il a fallu plus d'un siecle pour decouvrir cette loi, c'est principalement parce que l'analogie a influe sur le systeme des le debut, a tel point qu'il a ete rendu meconnaissable au fil du temps. Vers le tournant du 4e au 5e s. ap. J.-C., le -y final a subi un changement, tant formel que fonctionnel, pour devenir progressivement le trait final tel que nous le trouvons dans les textes en pehlevi des livres.

The seller is one of the best there is - high quality books, reasonable prices, securely packaged.
I do, however, recommend some changes to their shipping - they show a shipper (SortHub) on eBay, but the tracking # they email is for a different carrier. It’s difficult to know where my purchase is.
This time, it was delivered a week late. In the grand scheme of things not a big deal. But it shouldn’t be this difficult to accurately track my purchase.
