Love this product and concept. I own an ASP (retractable baton) and trained with 4-5ft staffs, but this is the best of both worlds. The smooth action to expand both sides quickly makes for a nice transition into a ready stance. It’s also much easier to handle than I thought it would be. I kept one and gave one to my Krav Kuzin who absolutely loves it too. My only negative is the difficulty closing batons after training on a padded post.
