    Make some changes and have a healthy heart.

    This book is a very good read, especially if you have been diagnosed with heart trouble. I liked the recipes and healthy eating plans. The science behind this life changing book is told in a way that is easy to understand, and the reader is encouraged to exercise and make necessary diet changes for optimal health.

    This book is full of detailed, easy to understand information. Since I don't have insurance, i was thrilled to find that he explains how to find your target heart rate and get a clue as to how healthy your heart is without expensive testing. This will NOT be one of those books that I read and find too much trouble to implement!

    A great and flexible plan to change your heart health.

    I like this book. I have a chronic illness which is difficult to manage and I need to be able to protect my heart. The book gives me a clear plan of fitness and food recommendations and to slowly integrate the changes into my life. AND RECIPES! Yeah. I would never ask visitors to eat how I eat and then I end up eating food that isn't that great for me when I have guests.
