I made an offer lower than they wanted at first. Instead of being upset they worked with me kindly. A fair price was met, shipping went quickly and the item was very well packaged. That last one is super important for lenses. The item was labeled a 9 on their scale. Aside from two small scuffs it would have been a 10 in my eyes. A+++!
