Product as described. Second time purchase. They changed shipping method after purchasing was made and item delivered way later than week purchase prior. Was not getting response back when messaging company about shipping as I informed them this needed to be mailed to home and not a P.O. Box. They went from shipping through FedEx the first purchase. Then a week later went through DHL when there is no DHL here and item was then transferred to USPS.
