This is an excellent faucet, nice and tall with good pull down action. The sensor works very well (I had this exact same model in my previous house and it worked flawlessly for 3 years and counting with only 1 battery change). After 3 years, the finish was still perfect. The flow is very good, but not quite as powerful as the faucet it replaces which I suspect is the cost you pay for having an electronic 'brain' controlling it. Installation is extremely easy and should take an experience DIYer no more than 20-30 minutes. As for the negatives, minor as they are, The flow rate could be maybe 10% better or so and it would be nice if they added an additional sensor facing forward or under the support arm. On the current one that I have, it does not always automatically switch from spray mode to normal mode when it turns off as my previous one did; it can get stuck between spray and normal mode the next time it turns on. The faucet's pull down and self retracting function is better compared to some other expensive faucets that I have owned. The water flow steam is diminished for water saving purposes however, it works well. The touch less and hands free function is over zealous and I find annoying, for with motion, it turns on when not needed. So, I disabled this function. Otherwise, the spot resistant finish s great. It looks good and is very easy to use. I'm looking to many years of usability although, I only had it for a week.
