Not a good experience with this seller or the phone. The phone I received has a battery issue. Fully charged I could make a few calls and watch a video, short call and a 10 minute video, and the phone would drop to 76 percent charge over roughly 5 hours initially. I think it is a week since I received the phone and now it discharges a little faster than before. Initially the seller offered a small refund to keep the phone which I declined and now the seller has stopped responding.

The phone ordered came exactly as listed - new, unopened. All seals were in place. It was well-packed and shipped promptly. Unfortunately through no fault of the seller, the shipping companies had not delivered on time and because it had changed hands I couldnt see the exact location in the tracking. I contacted the seller in regards to my phone not arriving and received courteous replies promising to investigate the matter. Thankfully, I arrived 2 days later.
