Was open box new. Delivery was very bad and was a good price. Bites that seller does not accept returns! It acts like it doesn't want to play the MP3 cds. It makes weird noises and stops cleaning the CDs at random times. But, the radio does work very well.

WARNING I received this stereo read the directions and plugged it in. There was a crackle sound and the radio volume rose and fell. I contacted the seller (who is also the manufacturer) and the said "no returns or exchanges" They provided a customer help phone # which I called and the informed me the unit was defective and to send it to them for repair and prepay shipping both ways. ebay stepped in and provided a refund, Thanks ebay.
