    A really classy good toning exercise experience

    i used this workout when it came out on video. I prefer the DVD format now. It seems to be a bit fuzzy in the transference from the video format. However, the workout is very good. There are 2 levels, each increasing in difficulty. I did ballet briefly as a child, but this DVD is accessible to anyone who desires a very good toning exercise experience.

    perfect workout is you want instant results!

    I danced ballet as a child and this DVD is perfect for an adult who has minimal ballet knowledge and is starting to get back into ballet again. I prefer the Level 2 exercises and do it daily. So far, I can see results in my legs already. They are shapelier especially my calves and inner thighs! It also lengthens my spine so it helps my posture. And if you tuck your tummy in the entire workout, it will definitely flatten your stomach!!

    a ballet class worth the money.

    absolutly love this ballet workout .I am a beginner instructer is easy to follow with good instruction at the same time its also a good workout.Just like a ballet class.

    Easy to follow workout dvd

    Easy to follow workout dvd. Excersises are well though out with slowly showing the viewer how to correctly do the excersise and then the routines are made to bring you from any fitness level up to strength. Overall a great excersise DVD. Dvdmagnet

    The Ballet Workout (2004, DVD)

    A very nice work out. Good for flexability and strengthening the core. Great for balance and elegance. My daughter loves it.
