    Vitamin is good, menopausal symptoms weren't helped

    As a multi vitamin it worked well. The menopause part though, I didn't notice any difference in my hot flashes or night sweats while taking it for a month and a half. Worked just liked my other One A Day multi vitamins did, at least for me.

    I purchased one a day menopause 12/6/16 and have been taking it faithfully daily,after trying so many other all natural aid to help stop my night and day sweat & wearing a necklace fan at work at all times because at any moment I would break out in a sweat and I work in a cold hospital 8 hours a day, now that I have found and been taking one a day menopause for night and day sweats it has gone away, I'm so thankful that I decided to try this product yes If you decide to try it you won't be mad real talk good day!
