So here is what I did: I planted them in a seed starting soil and watered ( kept them moist) and they were indoors where the temperature is good and also sunny and waited for over 30 days but nothing happened. Other seeds that I purchased from other sellers sprouted but nothing happened with this one.

These seeds in particular do best with a minimum of 30 day cold stratification period) followed by planting and keeping warm and damp where germination typically begins in 6 to 12 weeks, so assuming you provided the necessary cold stratification period as we recommended, they should begin germinating once 6 or more weeks has passed since planting. The seeds are fresh and germination tested and have germinated well in our trails as well as for many others. Thanks,

No water in the summer here in Cheney WA. I'm trying something new other than grass.
