The stool arrived fairly quickly. Being "open box", they were packed well. Slightly bent on one of the frames, but we were able to assemble without a problem. Our issue was there were no instructions for assembly and only enough screws to assemble one stool. The seller replied quickly to our correspondence and offered to send another set, but we wanted to utilize the stools asap. Able to buy screws that worked but that added $20 to the price of the "discounted " furniture.
