    Okay printer

    Good printer. Had issue at first with a spot on paper not printing properly but fixed that. Only issue is if printer sits idle for several hours then when the print starts it says "Paper jam, open back door to clear jam" but there is not jam, you have to open door then close it to start the print.

    Awful customer.

    It didn't work right from the get go. It smeared a picture down the page whenever I printed. It printed text OK, but people want a printer with all the bells and whistles. -Todd

    Excellent printer, easy to setup, great color. worth the money

    Great printer. got it out of the box, intalled drives using the supplied CD and printed a test page within 10 minutes. Then easily configured the other 2 laptops in the house 20 minutes later, 2 laptops with Windows 7 and one with Windows XP with no problems. you can easily check printer status, toner level and many other features quickly. The print quality is excellent.

    Best printer I have ever had! Great value too.

    My favorite feature is the HP remote print ability. I registered with HP, and they assigned an email address to my printer. I can send a print job to my printer from anywhere, even a phone. Much better quality and speed than my old printer.

    Great printer for the money if printing exact color is not an issue.

    Amazing, fast, compact, accurate and reliable. Easy to use. Great value for the money. A printer that I have relied on time and time again. Takes a good stack of paper so reloading is not horribly often. ONLY ONE ISSUE: Colors are NOT accurate. Printer prints much darker than desired.
