After quite a lot of time and energy, this seller did resolve the problem. I still do not plan to use him in the future because of the stress and time involved trying to get what I ordered. On a good note, he was pleasant and trying to make it right, but it was annoying that it took so long to get what I ordered. I wish him the best of luck and encouraged him to make sure he checked the balance on the gift cards before sending them out.

I purchased massage envy gift cards- a total of 4.
When I went to use them, massage envy advised they were either empty or assigned to another person and only that person could use them.
I reached out to the seller and they did respond quickly to advise “they have been meaning to reach out because they sent me someone else’s order”
I was able to get a full refund
This is the second review of this type this user is receiving. I would advise be very cautious about buying a GC from this seller

This buyer refused to co-operate for even one second.
They purchased more gift cards from us, after complaining the first time. The buyer then asked for a full refund which was accepted, however they proceeded to write a negative review which is unfair.
