When I received this item, it had already been used. My cats didn’t like that either. Most importantly, let’s talk about why it was returned in the first place. Obviously it was malfunctioning. When I took possession of it, I found multiple issues wrong with it. I had to disassemble this device just to find the issues. took photographs and let the seller know. All they did was give me some copy and paste bull about troubleshooting. This was physical defects, not operational defects.

Arrived damaged because it was packaged poorly (the box wasn't damaged and there was no stuffing in the box). I set it up anyway bc it was just cosmetic damage. Then the mechanism that moved the rake broke because it wasn't aligned correctly, and there's no way to fix it bc it arrives assembled. I requested a return. They offered me $50 back instead of a return. I declined, but they never responded. I had to get eBay involved to process the return. I wanted to order a new one, but decided not.

Horrible experience!! Seller NEVER shipped item! Shipped label was created, but nothing shipped. This is done so that when you realize something is wrong you can’t cancel the order. FedEx never received a package but seller has figured out how to manipulate the system so you have to wait almost 4 weeks to receive a refund. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER! Save yourself time a frustration and avoid this seller. More than three weeks since purchase and nothing from seller. Avoid this one!!!!
