I'd recommend this product to anyone yearning to explore playing the guitar. I'm lucky in the fact that I've had vocal and clarinet lessons growing up, so am glad to already be able to know how to read music, but the book that comes with the bundle is a super easy way to get good fast-- an added bonus there. The other accessories are also important things I wouldn't have even thought of, but luckily the bundle covers all bases. Wish I had Bought This earlier !
Whoever says that this is just a guitar for beginners is out of their mind. I'm 60 years old and have been playing for 47 years and in that time, I've played and owned Taylors, Fender, Epiphone, etc., and this guitar just puts them all to shame. Mine is in the Sand Burst finish and just looks gorgeous along with sounding like a guitar that is easily within the 5-1,000 dollar range. As with any new guitar, a setup is required to make it playable to your personal settings . I love this box and just can not put it down. Whoever says that this is just a guitar for beginners is out of their mind. I bought this guitar about a week ago.i was a little hesitant because how inexpensive it was but when I read the reviews I purchased it. all positive reviews and quite surprised they were right.. right out of the box this guitar sounds great. I strongly suggest you spend a few dollars to get it set up with lighter strings and lower the action like I did and now it sounds great and plays great..I believe it's the best guitar I could buy for the money..I love itI bought this guitar about a week ago.i was a little hesitant because how inexpensive it was but when I read the reviews I purchased it. all positive reviews and quite surprised they were right.. right out of the box this guitar sounds great. "Beginner's Guitar" My Foot!
The workmanship and sound of this guitar is on par with $1500 guitars. I suggest Martin Marquis 80/20 Bronze (12-53) strings, having the bridge peg holes reamed slightly for standard sized pegs, and a small truss rod adjustment, if needed. Then you're ready to go! I've played for over 40 years and this is the best deal I've ever seen! This guitar is good enough for ANYONE to perform with.
