The store offers good prices and delivers promptly, including the Final Fantasy 7 Deluxe Edition. However, my rating is negative due to the appalling and awful packaging. The Deluxe Edition arrived in a large box without bubble wrap and any secured protection, causing it to move freely inside. This lack of care in packaging reflects the seller's irresponsibility. Proper packaging is essential and the seller's direct responsibility. I'm not talking about shipping and transfer. Photos was attached

The buyer uses a freight company to forward the package from the UK to an Eastern European country. We (the seller) are responsible for the condition of the item to the UK freight company's address. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the item being transported across Europe. Despite this, I have offered the buyer a partial refund. The buyer has declined the offer.
