Based on a comic series back in 1982 and influenced by the old black and white serials, Commando Cody. The movie is family friendly while the comics were more with action, drama, guns, etc. The movie has great acting, story, actors, atmosphere, soundtrack and setting. The Blu-ray unfortunately has no extras other than the trailer. The picture and sound is excellent. I just wish Disney included more stuff into this timeless classic.

The original DVD was letterbox which I don't like, but this Blu-ray is awesome. Crystal clear and good sound to match. There was an issue with the first one I ordered being a flawed copy, but the vendor Rarewaves backed their merchandise and quickly sent me a new one. This one is perfect. I will definitely order from them in the U.K. again if needed.
