Very fast shipping, good communication, a highly recomended seller. The pack itself is a great piece of gear. Very tought constuction and exellent stitching. It came with a factory defect on the right shoulder strap (the snap was in wrong position) but I paid €2,00 and fixed it by replacing the snap. Additionally the backpack itself reeked of vomit but 3 days sealed in a plastic box with cans of baking soda reduced the smell quite a bit.Overall satisfied.
