I normally don't hype products but both my girlfriend and I have noticed amazing improvements in our overall energy level and sleep. My chronic insomnia(over 10 years) has been getting much better the day I started taking it. The usual afternoon grog is no longer there. I also do not feel so exhausted at the end of the day. After two weeks
I was hoping this would help lower my blood pressure some as I'm border line high. So far no results. I will try it for two months to see if any results. It taste good and with warm water and a spoon mixes pretty well. Haven't noticed any energy improvements. Only more time will tell it if is worth it.
