Resolved shipping cost issue super professionally. Package arrived quickly and was well packaged for shipping -- and a gift note was included. But description said the puzzle was complete when it was missing 2 pieces. In online puzzle buying, whether all the pieces are there or not is central to decision-making. Especially disappointing because it was a gift.
