Original Equipment GM / AC Delco is worth the money!
I originally had the clutch replaced by a mechanic and he put on a Duralast part on my 2004 Silverado 5.3L. The Duralast clutch was was horrible. It was always in the engaged state unless the air temperature was below 73°F. Then it would take about 5 minutes at freeway speed to disengage. So, after about a month of dealing with it, I decided to replace it with this OEM GM /AC Delco version and it works exactly as intended. It engages and disengages at about 90°F. I highly recommend this over an aftermarket version. It costs about $40 more but you'll quickly save that in the extra fuel you'll be using with the aftermarket version. It was extremely easy to replace.
