Fantastic product
We travel a great deal and it was a pain plugging in a charger in a different hotel room each night. This power pack will charge your hearing aids up to seven nights with one charge. It fits on the bottom of the normal charger and it has a locking switch so the power pack will not fall off. It also has a button you can push and see how much power is there in the form of green lights.

The Phonak Power Pack provides a level of security for times you may not be able to recharge your rechargeable hearing aids. It becomes an integral part of your charger and is instantly ready to use then the unit is off-line. The information on the charger pack says it can go for seven days. I tried it for three and it worked as promised.

This item works fine
This product that I bought works fine. It is new in pristine contrition. However, I would not recommend Phonak products overall. Phonak company manufactures expensive products designed to fail in a relatively short time. I have moved on to a better company for new hearing aids and equipment.

Phonak power pack
I needed a way to recharge my hearing aids when traveling and no access to a power supply. I've used the power pack on two trips and it has worked great. On one trip it was used six nights without being recharged.
