The item received had been opened and the fragrance/air freshener was missing.
The seller was not willing to accept a return and refund the item. They did give a partial refund as they were unable to supply a replacement fragrance/air freshener.
I was able to source a replacement fragrance/air freshener from another source but this then doubled the price of the original purchase.
Having said this the product does now work as described. I would however not recommend this seller.
