Assembly was straightforward following the instructions though took some time to finish (lots of screws!). I was pleased that the kit I received has no visible screw holes on the balls on each joint, which I saw some other kits did have. It looks beautiful and I'm very pleased with the quality so far (just got it set up with my 65" TV which it holds well)
