Although the shipping was timely and the product was as described, I rate the seller's communication at "1- star." The item I purchased was advertised as "Or Best Offer." I made 5 offers but I did not receive any communication from the seller. I finally purchased the item at full price. I would have much preferred honesty from the seller from the start, that he would not accept any offer.

A personal life situation came up, and I did not put the store on vacation mode and focus on the problem as I should have. I just received my shark extension wand. The shipping date was spot on. Not only does it fit and work well, but it was great that the seller sent the silver one to match my machine!! It was advertised as red which I would have taken just so my machine would work but, when I told the seller mine was silver he went the extra mile to please his customer.
