The hearing aid center suggested I send the hearing aids back to Phonak for new batteries at a cost of $350. each, or else spend $3-6K on new hearing aids. I suspected it was the charger, and bought this one for a fraction of the cost of what was being sold by Phonak. It works perfectly, and so do my hearing aids now.
