I was sorry to learn about this problem. When I sent the battery it was in good condition. I have no control over what happens to packages in transit. If this customer had contacted me about the problem, I would have gladly given them their money back or sent them a replacement battery that is identical to the one they ordered. Customer satisfaction is a priority for me. Unfortunately, this review was the first I had heard about this issue.
