Accurate description and fast shipping; however, poor packaging (bubble wrap envelope) resulted in some damage to the factory box. Intact factory boxes for effects pedals are important to guitar players and significantly add to resale value, so the seller needs to be better aware of this. Thankfully, the effects pedal itself was undamaged.
