    Although I ordered the wrong product everything I ordered was delivered as advertised, good quality and amazing value for what I got. I ordered the wrong disc brakes however this seller was extremely quick in their responses and even issued a partial refund for the discs since the pads fit my vehicle.     Im going to give positive feedback to not harm their rating. I have bought a few parts from this seller with no problems. This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.

    Part was new as advertised, and arrived in good condition on time. Most likely won't order from seller again. Horrible communication. Didn't receive any confirmation of purchase 4 days later until I requested a cancelation. Apparently this is common from seller.
