Burberry Classic, Go For It! Good Scent Great Value
Burberry for Men is a smooth, clean and despite being sweet...it's got a conservative quality to it. I get quite a bit of compliments. I really like it because it's cool running, but the blend makes you think of a 'fall spice' type of scent.It's a light projection fragrance at 3-4 sprays going 3-4 hours at best. There's a really short list of good stuff from back in the 90's in my taste that I like. A lot of scents were so synthetic, sporty deodorant fresh, aquatic, and tacky. This is not Burberry LONDON for Men (as the title advertises falsely) - this is the Burberry CLASSIC for Men, a totally different fragrance and a totally different class. Do not buy this expecting to get some "original" or "classic" version of the flannel-draped bottle or anything resembling the late winter cedarwood you'd expect from a Burberry LONDON cologne. This is a much spicier, barber-shop smelling fragrance I'd expect to find in granpa's closet. This is not Burberry LONDON for Men (as the title advertises falsely) - this is the Burberry CLASSIC for Men, a totally different fragrance and a totally different class. Do not buy this expecting to get some "original" or "classic" version of the flannel-draped bottle or anything resembling the late winter cedarwood you'd expect from a Burberry LONDON cologne. I'm always looking for a scent that is both manly, yet not overbearing. This scent falls in perfectly. I use it at work (corporate) and am very satisfied. It doesn't last or project long, but to me that's an allure. I don't want people to smell me coming or after I've left. Apply in the morning with one refresher spritz after lunch. I purchased this cologne to complement some of the oils that I used as base fragrance This cologne has a very good fresh clean masculine smell but in my case it did not last more than 4 hours. for the price it is a good value I did not received any complements whenever I was using it despite of my better half being very close to me when I put it on. Fragrance was exactly as described. Top quality! Only disappointment was that since it was a tester it did not include a top. But for the size and price, I'd order a tester with out a top any day! I just put a top from an older bottle I had on it, and it was perfect!
