I need to apologize to the seller… They went above and beyond to clear up a mistake that was clearly mine… There was no wrong doing in the part of the seller, if fact they were very kind to me when I discovered that I had accused them of wrong doing - when clearly they did everything thing PERFECTLY CORRECT…. Despite how I talked to them initially….

Buyer requested initial partial refund which was issued right away. Then buyer changed mind and open an item not as described case. Buyer has been aggressively making accusations from the onset without providing solid proof/ evidence that shoes were not new. Only provided pictures of worn shoes without shipping info. We have been in business on eBay over 28 years and only sell authentic items as described. See feedback. We are asking for buyer to send the item back so this can be resolved

The shoes arrived on time.
They look the same in person the as they did in the advertisement.
Sold as new and they do appear to be new without any wear, dirt or discoloration.
I wish they were more white in color than this iridescent pink. Ugh. A Nike fail.!
