Packaging and communication was great. I appreciated the seller for preparing the shipping label after I told them to hold onto item for a few weeks as I was traveling, so that felt reassuring. However I did feel pretty deceived by the pictures as it came with a few scratches. Thankfully I was able to get rid of most with polywatch except for one, which I'm okay with because it looks great right now. Overall, good experience but wish the pictures were more accurate to condition.
