Seller waited until after the pkg should have arrived to tell me that they had broken a couple of the pieces while boxing it for shipping, which I suspect may not be true. When I inquired about a full refund, including shipping charges, they claimed they had not been paid, that Ebay was holding the funds. I opened a case & the sellers response implied they would only be refunding the purchase price. Seems to be new seller with a lot to learn. I suspect they decided they listed too low, shipping
