Arrived earlier than promised, well packaged. There was one item missing. I contacted the seller late in the afternoon and the next morning he had shipped out a NEW, not used replacement! Such service. After having the hearing aids "adjusted" for my ears, I am extremely pleased with them. And on top of all this, it was a great value price wise!
