Not a good experience. ZERO communication. I’m guessing it was just an honest mistake on their part when they sold me a SpotBot vacuum that leaked all over the place, but they did nothing to remedy the issue. I never heard a peep from them after I communicated the problem. Only reason I got my refund was that ebay got involved. Irony is their unwillingness to communicate ended up costing them return shipping as they should have just sent a refund and told me to throw the piece of junk away.
