The packaging is very appealing to the eye, especially the part of the package that describes what little else is used in the production of the product.     Nice rich softgels that go down smoothly with a little glass of water. The good thing about fish pills is that you can tell if it is the real thing by the faint smell of fish when you open the lid and smell inside the bottle. I look forward to the health benefits from fish pills since they contain the super antioxidant Omega 3.

    Doctor's orders

    I cannot speak to the efficacy of fish oil or omega 3. My physician told me to take it to reduce my triglycerides. He tell me lots of shit, and I never get well. I take it anyway.
