I was interested in this item and had made an offer which the seller accepted. When I had inquired about why, the shipping was so high, the seller informed me she would look into the shipping options and get back to me. She had offered me a refund on shipping, but eBay would not approve the refund. Seller was kind and polite, and did everything she could to work with me so that I could have this item. Unfortunately, eBay caused too many issues, which was not at the fault of the seller. A+ seller
