    This cookie jar arrived broken. I reached out to the seller, who said she’d check with the post office about insurance - but days passed with no update. I contacted eBay, who offered a refund if I returned the item. When I asked the seller if she truly wanted me to ship broken pieces back, she never replied. As a fellow seller, I find this incredibly unprofessional. A good seller makes things right. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. I highly do not recommend this seller.
