This negative is completely unwarranted- you never once messaged us regarding an issue with this order until we reached out after you left a negative review regarding our company. You state communication is impossible, if you don't reach out we cannot help. We shipped the package within 1 business day, and it was in your country 2 days later. We need your proof of payment for the import charges to send to UPS as they have no record of the duties being paid.
