After having to request a return for the entirely wrong item sent and to rebox and secure the box and then having to load it and take it to the Post Office to mail back and wait a week; they did refund my full purchase price.

The unit arrived damaged. The vents were bent, so i had to try to straighten them myself. The frame was bent and dented, and the battery for the remote was crushed. It seemed like it was just tossed inside the box and the AC crushed it. Additionally, the AC has a chemical scent coming from the vent, I’m not sure if it wasn’t cleaned properly or there is some leak somewhere. Overall I’m not pleased, I’d say it’s just an “Okay” purchase at your own risk at getting whatever.
