    Was sent the wrong water filter kit. I don't have access to a printer so i Drove to FedEx twice to get the label to ship the wrong part back just to find out the info the gave me wasn't usable off of my phone again. Then I tell them I'm willing to give it one last chance to get I right I just need something I can use at FedEx off my phone or even mail the shipping label to me. The response was I'm annoying so how about we give you a small refund and I just keep the useless wrong filter.
