I did have a similar one break the steel mesh reinforcing on one hose and then the next hose under the sink after 5 years or more of daily use. This new unit seems to have sturdy hoses so likely the problem has been fixed. Fortunately we have tile floors and tile baseboards so the water flowed into the backyard. The hose leaked a what is likely a sharp bend as the spray head was pulled tight.

Gooseneck swivels 360 degrees, so the tap handle can be mounted centered or on either side. Water pressure is strong. Filter is on the back of the sprayer and is easy to clean out. Sprayer locks on, and doesn't reset to stream when the water cuts off. Downsides: the gooseneck is slightly wobbly and the sprayer head doesn't sit quite straight, but it works great and you can buy 10 for the price of a Hansgrohe. Happy with purchase and seller.
