Received an open, used item. The tip had already been cut and showed signs of use, but had self-sealed with dried caulk. Much of the caulk in the tube was dried out, making it extremely hard to work with. The bottom even burst in the tube while trying to push it with the caulking gun because it was so dry. We decided to just keep it anyway because it was cheap, we didn't need much, and it got the job done. This was still kinda shady though.
