Very well boxed and protected with bubble wrap. The card was snugly fit inside the 2nd box with foam and bubble wrap The card was in a static safety bag. Item was as advertised, New, open box, as the protective plastic was still on the PCIe connector. So far everything works. I would definitely buy from this business again.

Video card was in brand new condition and once installed worked like a champ. I was very pleased with my purchase and will order from this seller in the future.
